The BIOS in these PCs have option for both UEFI and LEGACY. We got couple of Dell PCs with intel 6th Generation processors. Then installing Windows 7 would be an issue, is that right ? If the intel 7th and 8th Generation processors does not give us the LEGACY option in BIOS.

x86īy the Way, for drivers I always use Snappy Drivers Intaller If you are asking why, I have to run a software for a medical equipment that specifically only runs on Win 7 Ult. I had literally to change 3 PCs because of this and I ended up buying a new PC with and AMD A9 processor to be able to install the Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit I need. The newest versions I have seen don't allow that Legacy option to start up the PC from a USB. For the new generation of processor all MOBOS are UEFI and in the past they had an option for Legacy allowing to install old operating systems. The real problem is not the Processor but the Mother Board. I have the same problem and I have tried to install Win 7 Ultimate 32 Bit with no luck.
